Newly refurbished properties in Tomintoul, adjacent to one another, which can be booked individually or together to accommodate a larger party. Beautiful, secluded garden to rear with furniture. On and off-street parking available. Lockable external storage for outdoor equipment also available.
Cottage: lounge/diner,kitchen, bathroom with bath and overhead shower, two bedrooms (1 king, 1 twin). All accommodation at ground floor level. Suitable for partially disabled.
House: large conservatory/diner, kitchen with dishwasher, downstairs shower room and wc, lounge, utility with freezer, 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 twin bedrooms) and bathroom with bath and shower.
Both fully equipped with lots of extras including Freesat and DVD, washer/dryer, microwave.
Heating and power is provided, along with linen and all towels. Cot and highchair available. Dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
Grant House has a 4 star accommodation award through Visit Scotland, and Grant Cottage has a 3 star award.
Grant House and Grant Cottage are available all year round.
Arrivals from 3pm, and visitors are requested to vacate the properties by 10am. |
