LIVET COTTAGE
A traditional stone cottage situated quietly, close to the centre of the village.
2 double bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) on 1st floor, on ground floor, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with cooker / microwave / refrigerator /freezer/ automatic washing machine, radio / cd player,dining room and lounge with tv / DVD and a selection of books, games,and DVDs. Electric heating is metered and charged at cost, but the first £5 is included in the cost of the holiday in Summer and the first £20 per week from 1st Feb.-30th. April.
First basket of logs included, cot and high chair available. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
LIVET HOUSE (Sleeps 6)
A Victorian town house within 100yards of the village centre with its pubs, restaurant and shops.
Ground floor: Lounge/diner withelectric woodburner style fire, TV., DVD., Kitchen with gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Bathroom/wc.
1st.floor: 1 spacious double bedroom with TV and en suite shower/wc, 1 triple bedroom (double + single) with washbasin and TV. 1 single bedroom with washbasin. Separate shower room/wc.
Oil central heating and electricity included in the price except a £40 per week surcharge for the additional heating from 30th. October to 31st. March.
Cot and high chair available. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
An ideal location for a quiet holiday, touring or outdoor pursuits in the magnificent Cairngorms National Park. Many places of historic interest and castles close at hand as is the whisky trail. See our web site for more information.
