Situated in the heart of Speyside, and overlooking the ruin of Blairfindy Castle, the cottage once housed workers from the world famous The Glenlivet whisky distillery and is an ideal location for exploring the Speyside 'Malt Whisky Trail', the Deeside 'Castle Trail' or the Speyside Way long distance walking route.
The property has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard and has accommodation comprising one double and two twin bedrooms, a combined lounge/dining room with wood burning stove, one bathroom with bath and shower, and a well equipped modern kitchen. There are views from most rooms to the surrounding countryside, and access to a private garden at the rear of the property. There is off street car parking to the side of the house. One well behaved dog welcome.
Located within the Glenlivet Crown Estate, and also the new Cairngorms National Park, there is easy access to walking, cycling, fishing and wildlife.
